I am a firm believer of the quote, “growing older is inevitable, but aging is optional” by Dr. Christiane Northrup, an innovative pioneer in women's health. We as women have been pressured to look younger as we age, but are not given the right resources or affordable choices. According to research, nearly 1/3 of of Adults in the United States suffers from metabolic dysfunction, an issue that accelerates aging and serve as a trigger for additional chronic illnesses. As a huge fan of holistic alternatives, I'm so happy to stumble upon this particular anti-aging ingredient from a supplement that can reverse this!

HARNESSING THE ANTI-AGING POWER OF BERBERINE

Berberine has long been utilized in traditional medicine since 3000 B.C., but researchers have just started to fully comprehend its maximum potential recently. In 2020, over 630 research papers were published highlighting how Berberine is beneficial for delaying aging, and even more new studies surfaces every year.

This anti-aging ingredient is found in several species of plants such as the Chinese Coptis, Goldenseal, and Barberry. It steals the spotlight by being both an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, having remarkable effects on the aging process.
